In the absence of a valid driving licence, you will need to have an eyesight test:- RST Application for Eyesight Test
If you suffer from a serious medical condition that affects how you drive a boat; you will need to make a declaration of medical fitness and have it signed by a medical practitioner:- RST Declaration of Medical Fitness
